1-Insulin Resistance

What happens is that your insulin stops working. Now let’s see what happens to it and how insulin works.  This hormone helps bring sugar from your blood into all the cells in your body. Let’s know what insulin resistance is. However, when the cells become less responsive to insulin, a condition known as insulin resistance occurs, causing glucose to build up in the blood. What does insulin do? It takes sugar from the blood and gives it to our bodies. But when the insurance policy is not followed, the glucose will go out of the blood and go into the cells. It will increase. This is also called the first stage. This is what happens with sugar.

You will not see any symptoms at this stage, but people who have a lot of fat and are obese have insurance. This is the first stage where you won’t notice any signs. Some people have such symptoms for a period of time. This is called Acanthosis Nigricans. What happens is that some of your areas start to turn black. Its called  Acanthosis Nigricans. And they are especially found in the neck and armpits. Their color becomes dark and this is called Acanthosis Nigricans. This is a great sign of insulin resistance.

2-Pre-Diabetes

Now we come to the second stage. The second stage is known as the free diabetes stage, which means it is the time before someone gets diabetes. After that, you will have diabetes. You may not seeing any symptoms even if you have pre-diabetes. Nearly 30 percent of young people in Pakistan suffer from diabetes. In prediabetes, diabetes level are higher than usual but not high enough to be considered Blood Sugar. It indicates poor glucose control. If your fasting blood sugar level in the morning is between 100 and 125 mg/dL, it means you are in the prediabetic range.

When you have your fasting blood sugar measured, it should be between 70 and 100 if you haven’t eaten anything.

If you check your Diabetes in the morning and it is between 100 and 125, it means you have pre-diabetes. Your diabetes can be high at any time. Another test used to check for prediabetes and diabetes is called HbA1c. If a patient’s HbA1c is between 6.0 and 6.4, it means that he is suffering from free diabetes. In normal people, it is less than six percent. If it is between six percent and six percent, it means that he has it.

There are no symptoms in prediabetes, so many people will look at you as having diabetes, but if they get this fast test done, their HbA1c levels will be known and they will be able to guess if their range is between 6.8 and 6.4, it means that they are suffering from prediabetes, but they will not know about prediabetes because it does not have any symptoms.

3-Diabetes

Now the third symptom is called diabetes. This is when the signs of diabetes start. Now let’s know what are the symptoms of diabetes. In this, you start feeling thirsty, you start feeling very hungry, you start losing weight suddenly, you urinate a lot and often, your body aches all the time. These are some common signs, but many other symptoms can also suggest you might have diabetes. Apart from this, it is essential to get your blood tested and get checked by an expert. Even when they get to the 3rd stage, some people still don’t know they have diabetes.

4-Diabetes With Complications

The body has two kinds of blood vessels: big ones that bring blood to the heart and brain, and small ones found in the eyes, kidneys, and nerves. The other is the small blood vessels called capillaries, which are present inside the eyes and inside the kidneys. Now why does this dam start to get damaged? When the vessels of the eyes start to get damaged, your vision starts to get worse. This is the reason why all the people who are diagnosed with diabetes and are told by the doctor that they have a sugar problem, when they find out that their eyes are already very damaged, and the same problem happens with children, their vision is also getting worse. When it is found that someone else has already reached the peak stage of the disease, and there are many people who apply it to the brain.

When your heart’s blood vessels are damaged, you can have a heart attack, and if your brain’s blood vessels are damaged, you can have a stroke. These are the four stages.

4 Silent Signs of Sugar Diabetes

Many things are out of your hands. Diabetes can also be hereditary, meaning if your father has it, you too will get diabetes. However, even after that, there are many things you can do to control your diabetes. There are many people who, if they fix their diet and improve their exercise routine, would not have diabetes. And all this research confirms that if you improve your diet and increase your exercise, you can prevent and even reverse diabetes. Even people who have had diabetes have reversed their diabetes by changing their diet and improving their exercise routine. And this is also called diabetes remission or diabetes reversal.
